At home you can combine exercise with other activities. It is more convenient for those who can’t go outside the home. If you purchase exercise equipment, it's a one-time but worth having expense and other family members can also use it. Try following tips:

Do housework yourself instead of hiring maid-servant else to do it.
Work in the garden or trim the grass.
Go out for a walk according to your stamina before breakfast, after taking meal or both
