Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These peanut butter protein balls are the perfect quick and easy snack.

We got this recipe of our good mate Sal a couple of months back and have loved it ever since.

A great snack that can be paired with fruit on a lunch break at work or before a gym session.  They’ll last for a couple of weeks in the fridge and are really easy to make.




  • 90g whey protein powder
  • 90g milled flax seed
  • 420g crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 tbsp honey
  • Chopped nuts


  1. Combine protein, flax seed, peanut butter and honey in a large mixing bowl. Stir together.
  2. Roll into bite sized balls
  3. roll balls in protein powder.
